When the new message form appears in your e-mail window, edit the "TO" header to remove the words BUT-NO-SPAM from the address that comes up, leaving my ordinary-looking and correct address.
I regret that spamming practices have driven me to remove direct e-mail links from this site, but I don't want to expose myself, or the colleagues who generously appear on these pages, to unscrupulous scavengers. I've provided contact information either in the form of a web address or as an e-mail address in disguised link form as above. Thank goodness humans can still do some things that computers can't, like figuring out coded e-mails. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here's to a future when such measures will no longer be necessary, and in the meantime I look forward to hearing from you.
For the time being the Mini Translator, who hates spam even more than I do unless it's the kind he can eat, is receiving mail at my address. That way it's already filtered. I'll set up a new one for him when we've got the spam problem -- uh -- licked.
